The panel brought together accomplished women leaders from across the legal profession, including defense litigators, a plaintiff attorney, and a mediator. The discussion focused on a variety of topics, including different paths to success, rainmaking and business development, mentorship, leadership, and the importance of advocating for oneself throughout a legal career.
The event also included a networking reception, providing members of the civil defense bar an opportunity to connect, build relationships, and exchange ideas with colleagues from across California.
