Before her time at Schonbuch Hallissy, Marvel honed her expertise working at various civil litigation firms that primarily represented Plaintiffs, which affords her a unique insight she now uses to obtain the best result for her clients. Marvel obtained her undergraduate degree from California State University Northridge in Political Science, and her Juris Doctor with a concentration in Civil Litigation and Advocacy from Southwestern Law School.

In law school, Marvel was a staff writer for the Southwestern Journal of International Law, a peer mentor to other first-generation students, and a law clerk for the Community Lawyering Clinic. Upon graduation, Marvel was selected to participate in the highly coveted American Board of Trial Advocates Fellowship Program, where she gained invaluable insight into the workings of a civil trial. Marvel uses her years of experience in legal support to successfully advocate on behalf of her clients.
