Danielle is a Senior Associate, trial attorney and civil litigator with Schonbuch Hallissy LLP. She represents defendants in cases involving general negligence, personal injury, premises liability, automobile liability, assault and battery, landlord/tenant disputes, and animal liability. She is a dedicated and zealous advocate for her clients who is deeply committed to securing the best possible results. With a sharp legal mind and a passion for justice, Danielle consistently goes above and beyond to advocate for those she represents. Notable Matters
- Obtained two case dismissals with prejudice on motions for terminating sanctions for Plaintiffs’ failure to comply with various court orders.
- Obtained judgment and dismissal with prejudice on motion for summary judgment on the grounds that Plaintiff did not have admissible evidence to prove that Defendant’s negligence was a substantial factor in causing the incident.
- Obtained dismissal with prejudice in exchange for a waiver of cost based on complete defense pursuant to Graves Amendment and with determination of good faith settlement.
- Obtained defense verdict at trial in role as second-chair in premises liability matter representing a property management company.
