Kathleen Ochoa is a Senior Paralegal with Schonbuch Hallissy LLP. She has more than a decade of experience in civil litigation, including insurance defense, medical and legal malpractice, civil rights, personal injury, and general liability matters. Her experience spans all phases of litigation from inception through trial, including discovery, records and subpoenas, deposition and expert preparation, and trial preparation.

Kathleen earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science, summa cum laude, from Arizona State University, where she was named to the Dean’s List and inducted into Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honor Society. She is also bilingual in English and Spanish.
