Biography

Carly Brown is a civil litigator at Schonbuch Hallissy LLP. She has a diverse background which allows her to anticipate challenges, craft strategic solutions, and to advocate decisively for her clients. She handles each matter with poise and purpose.

Prior to Schonbuch Hallissy LLP, Carly navigated complex business transactions related to entertainment and aviation finance litigation. She has experience working in high-stakes litigation related to dissolution and acquisition of commercial property in 50 states. Carly’s prior work has allowed her to develop a strong command of negotiation in high-conflict situations. During law school, Carly worked in the San Diego District Attorney’s Office – Juvenile Division where she argued motions pursuant to WIC Code § 654 and executed arrest warrants pursuant to U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Furthermore, Carly prepared legal research related to oral argument before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Carly is a member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel (ASCDC). She is also an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and Beverly Hills Bar Association.
